Cinnamon Apple SuperGreen Smoothie

You know what they say; “An apple a day keeps the doctor away!” You’ll have no problem meeting your daily apple quote with this delicious apple smoothie.

1 frozen banana, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 organic Granny Smith apple, cored and chopped (keep the skin on)
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 large handful baby spinach
1 cup cold water
2 to 3 pitted dates
1/4 cup cream milk
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
4 to 5 ice cubes

Place all the ingredients except the ice in a food processor or blender, and process until smooth and creamy. Add the ice and process again. Drink chilled.
